Lisa Marie Presley died yesterday at the age of 54. Just like her iconic father, gone too soon

Hate to see Lisa Maria go. 54 is too young. Have they released what caused cardiac arrest? She lost her son in 2020.

Singer-songwriter-guitarist David Crosby, a founding member of two popular and enormously influential ’60s rock units, the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash (later Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young), has died. He was 81 years old.

Tom Verlaine, the singer and guitarist who fronted the singular, ambitious and oblique New York band Television, with whom he made two of rock’s most acclaimed albums, died Saturday in Manhattan. He was 73.

This one hurts a lot.  Annie Wersching, best known on the CSSA boards as Frecklicious and for her impressive cleavage and known to the rest of the world as Renee Walker on "24" as well as other TV roles such as "Bosch" and "Timeless" and her voice and motion caption work on the video game "The Last of Us" as Tess, succumbed to cancer at only 45.

Just give me a reason
Just a little bit’s enough
Just a second, we’re not broken, just bent
And we can learn to love again
It’s in the stars
It’s been written in the scars on our hearts
That we’re not broken, just bent
And we can learn to love again
Just give me a reason

That we’re not broken, just bent
And we can learn to love again

No, she was never there.  Frecklicious was the board members' collective and affectionate nickname for her.  If she had infiltrated the boards, I'd imagine it would've been a combination of lust and panic filling CSSA.  Sorry for the confusion.

Additionally, Annie's "Runaways" co-star Ever Carradine set up a GoFundMe page for Annie's three sons if you wish to donate.

We've lost Raquel Welch at 82 to a "brief illness."  Welch rose to prominence in 1966's "Fantastic Voyage", which was then followed the same year with "One Million Years B.C.", where her appearance in a doe-skin bikini made her an international sex symbol.  She became well-known for breaking the mold of sex symbols in the '60s and '70s by making her roles into strong female characters, which included a Golden Globe win 1974 for "The Three Musketeers".  As for her beauty's legacy, Welch was named one of the 100 Sexiest Stars in Film History by Empire in 1995 and dubbed one of the 100 Sexiest Stars of the Twentieth Century by Playboy.

Very sad to see Raquel Welch go. She was a legendary icon. Many models and other celebs did photoshoots based around her famous 1 million BC posters.

She was in a lot of movies in the 70s. An argument can be had she was one of the most beautiful women ever.
