Just imagine how good the Jets would be with a competent QB. Zach Wilson is a huge bust and they should've never went for him when Fields was still on the board.

How are you Lions fans feeling? 3 game win streak and that #1 pick from the Rams is in good position after yesterday. Hutchinson looks like he's developing into a future coverage LB that fits nicely.
He’s been every bit the player I saw when he was at Michigan and he has been paying huge dividends in the pros so far.  If he builds a little more muscle and the Lions build a better defense around him, Hutchinson will be unstoppable.

Also, who’s ready for a clash south of the border?  The 49ers and Cardinals are continuing the NFC West rivalry on “Monday Night Football” in Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca.  Updates to come.

The 49ers beat the Cardinals, 38-10.

This won't help come the upcoming talks.  Free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was removed from a plane after police said he was "in and out of consciousness" and refused to leave when asked.

What a thriller today in Seattle!  The Raiders' Josh Jacobs ripped off a 86-yard walk-off touchdown, the NFL's longest overtime winning rushing touchdown since 1998, to beat the Seahawks, 40-34.

Will a streak continue or will it finally come to a close?  The Colts are looking to snap a seven-game losing streak to the Steelers tonight in Indianapolis on "Monday Night Football".  Updates to come.

The Steelers beat the Colts, 24-17.

First time the Saints have been shut out since January 2002. I remember being a kid back then, it feels like a lifetime ago.

Bad weekend for Louisiana sports teams. LSU was clobbered and the Saints shut out to their old NFC West rival. The Niners have historically owned the Saints.

One of the game's best rivalries is back on!  The Saints are playing the Buccaneers on "Monday Night Football".  Tom Brady is 1-4 against the Saints as a Buccaneer.  Updates to come.

UPDATE:  Even at 45, that man still has some magic left.  Brady went vintage by throwing the go-ahead touchdown with three seconds left as the Buccaneers rallied from a 13-point fourth-quarter deficit in a 17-16 win.

If you ever get the chance to read it, there's a great story on ESPN+ by Seth Wickersham about Andrew Luck's decision to go from a projected Hall of Fame career to sudden retirement in 2019.

That was the most gut wrenching Saints loss in a long time. Glad I don't have to watch this sorry ass team this coming Sunday.

I feel like this could be the beginning of the end in our nation's capital.  According to a U.S. House Committee report, owner Daniel Snyder permitted and participated in the Commanders' toxic work culture.  He also obstructed the inquiry.

This deal has paid immediate dividends.  Baker Mayfield stunned the Raiders by hitting Van Jefferson for a 23-yard touchdown in the final seconds in his Rams debut, a 17-16 win.

Raiders are snake bitten. Another game they blew a 2 possession lead in the second half.

This should be a fun game to watch.  The Patriots are playing the Cardinals on "Monday Night Football".  If you're looking for some alternative fun, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will join Peyton Manning and Eli Manning on the ManningCast.  Updates to come.

The Patriots beat the Cardinals, 27-13.

It would be something if the Lions managed to sneak into the playoffs while the Rams are crashing and burning.

Maybe we should avoid drafting a QB and stick with Goff?

What a thriller today in Minneapolis!  The Vikings overcame a 33-point deficit to stun the Colts, 39-36, in overtime in the largest comeback in NFL history.  The Bills' 1993 Wild Card win over the Houston Oilers was the previous largest comeback.  Updates to come.

The Bills beat the Dolphins, 32-29.  (What a thriller tonight in Orchard Park!)
