An interview with...Cadeauxxx
« on: August 06, 2019, 12:42:41 PM »
Here is the eight of the series of interviews that we will be conducting with the authors that post their work on Celebrity Story Site.

In this interview, we are talking to one of the co-founders of CSS, Cadeauxxx, about how he got into writing celebrity erotica, who influenced him to write in this genre and other topics related to his writing.

You can visit his profile here Cadeauxxx

1. Where are you from?

New Orleans, Louisiana. Have lived my entire life on the gulf coast.

2. How did you come up with your pen name and is there any meaning behind it?

My name came from the 1999 video game Shadowman. I had struggled to come up with a name and wanted something unique that had never been used before. 'Cadeaux' were collectibles in the game. It's a French word that translates to 'gifts' or 'cache of gifts'. I viewed my first story as a gift to people and because I have French ancestry, I figured it was a perfect fit. I added the 2 Xs just to be safe in case anyone else had used the word before.

3. How long have you been writing celebrity erotic fiction?

Since 2015.

4. Who or What got you started writing erotic fiction?

I had been reading celebrity erotic fiction for several years before I began writing it. I used to write roleplay and did pulp fiction as well as organized crime, but didn't have the self esteem to believe in myself that I could write anything outside of crime based stories. I had spent years hoping one day that someone would write a story about Britney Spears in Las Vegas, shortly after her first residency was announced. As time went on, this story I hoped for had become an idea of mine. I pitched it to several authors back in 2012 and 2013 but no one wanted to take my idea up. At the time I had been busy with college and spending my free time playing with bands. Finally after so long, I figured I needed to write this story myself and that only I would know how to write something I wanted so badly. It took a while to complete, but that little start became my first story, 'It's Vegas, Bitch!'. Once I was out of college, I began writing as a new hobby off to the side and that began the journey to where I am today.

5. Who would you say are your biggest influences as a writer of less than appropriate celeb fiction? Which authors, if any, would have inspired you?

Kash the Priest is the first one I must mention, whom people may remember from the old CSSA and he was on Literotica as well. He wrote two stories with Britney Spears that were among the first stories I had read that blew me away. I used to go back and re-read his stories all the time for fun. He was an amazing author and was the main one who made me want to begin writing, so it's accurate to say he was my biggest influence. Another author who had a huge influence on me was Carnage Jackson, also of CSSA fame. Carnage had a unique talent in story telling and his series were something I would get lost in like reading a book series. Carnage inspired me and made me want to write a long series like his most famous work.

Other authors who inspired me were RobertDoc KMB, Grobnar, Blackjack, DarklordZ, Sammycolt, ManUnited, Donut_Plains, Money, TRL and The Chemist. All of them come from CSSA or Literotica, where I always went to go find stories. These were the authors I mostly read between 2010 to 2015 before I began writing. These days, I draw heavy inspiration from discussions with the authors on our site and my readers. Sometimes just one little random detail about something will spark off ideas for a new story.

6. Who are your favourite celeb sex story writers? Past and Present.

Kash the Priest and Carnage Jackson are still my top 2 and always will be since I owe it to them for inspiration. I still enjoy all the authors who inspired me to begin writing in the past. Grobnar, Sammycolt, KMB and Money have all become great friends of mine. Another fine author from the past I had overlooked was John Connors, another great friend who goes in my favorites category for his old stories I discovered recently.

Since I began writing, there have been a good bit of new celebrity authors and older ones I had not discovered back then whom have given me a great joy from reading their stories. Daxg2001, John Connors, MaxwellLord, Thenewcomer, Slyguy, TLMorgan, HearszAM and MoscowCalling are among my favorites for the present.

7. Any favourite sex stories that you've read that made you think - "Wow! That's incredible!"

There are too many for me to name, I would end up making a giant list. Some of my absolute favorites are; Carnage Jackson's series 'Journal of an Agent' and 'Hollywood After Dark', Kash the Priest's two epics about Britney Spears - 'Giving Britney a Lift' and 'Britney Spears on Vacation' as well as 'Golfing with Jessica Alba, Sammycolt's 'Diving with Jessica' and 'Porn Star' stories with Jessica Alba, Blackjack's 'A Merry Christmas with Kate Upton', 'Quitting Time' series and 'Scarlett Fever', Donut_Plains' 'Hotel Limbo' series, Robertdoc's 'Hollywood Cougar' series and 'Swimming with Kate', HearszAM's 'In Her Prime' stories, DaxG2001's 'Page 3 Meets WWE' and 'Black Widow Roleplay', MaxwellLord's 'College All Stars' series, Grobnar's 'Drug Trials' series, John Connor's 'Love Spreads', Thenewcomer's 'Aunt Rashida' series, Slyguy's 'Sex Ed For Dummies' series and Moscow Calling's recent 'The Chauffeur' story.

8. Which of your own stories are you the most proud of writing?

There's a couple and the first one to mention is the original 'Fine Time' story with Lucy Pinder. I wrote that in 2015 and it was my second story. At the time there were only 2 stories I had ever come across written with Lucy and by that point I felt I needed to write her some stories as she needed them. Fine Time started out as a single story and evolved into a 3 part series with a spin off story also connected to it. The final part 'Fine Time: Hollywood Remix' is also among my most proud work, I think it was the best story I've written with Lucy.

Private Dancer is another one I am proud of and I think that might be my finest work. I had always wanted to write a story about Jennifer Love Hewitt in a sorta 'what if' scenario of her doing a new show similar to The Client List.

9. Which celebrities do you enjoy writing about the most?

Britney Spears, Lucy Pinder, Kate Upton, Salma Hayek, Jessica Alba and Jennifer Love Hewitt are my favorites to write. It's easy to get ideas for them and there is a sense of familiarity with them since they are some of my all time favorites.

10. What type of sex scenes do you enjoy writing the most?

Music based scenes are a lot of fun to write; whether it be something on a dance floor with movement to a song's key and tempo, or a lap dance with a lot of grinding and shaking. I also like cheating scenarios with love triangles.

11. Do you have routine for how and when you write?

Yes, I have to be in a specific zone with my mind and focusing solely on the subject and theme for my story. I tend to lock myself into a zone and will focus entirely on what I'm writing while blocking everything out around me. It's a habit I picked up many years ago with practicing guitar and writing music, to try and avoid distractions. Focus is about deciding what you're not going to do and fighting off possible distractions.

12. Do you sketch out a plan on paper/word/notes or write off the cuff with a basic idea and let it flow from there?

Yes. Many times I'll write out ideas or specific little details I want for a story. The details could be anything for a specific color or piece of jewelry, fashion or hair style, just something. Other times I write stories off the hand with no planning and will develop ideas for the later parts of the story as time goes on.

13. Apart from hot celebrities, does anything else influence your writing? Music, Fashion, TV etc.

Many things, especially music. Those who know me are aware that I'm a big time music nerd. I listen to just about anything and everything but I tend to favor Classic Rock, Blues, R&B, Jazz and a good bit of Synth Pop/New Wave/Indie. I've used many different songs in stories and often times, these songs will influence me to write full stories using them.

Films and TV tend to inspire me. There's a handful of directors who have a distinctive style of story telling and directing shots that have inspired me. Martin Scorsese, John Waters, Michael Mann, and Abel Ferrara are the directors whom have influenced me in a number of ways with writing.

Fashion inspires me too as I have a deep taste for aesthetics and certain types of dress and jewelry that strike the eye. I tend to visualize my characters with specific clothes and try to paint out this picture in words.

14. Any projects you are working on that you are excited about?

I haven't written much this past year due to many circumstances in my personal life and sacrificing writing time to help build this site up. This has led to some disappointments of not being able to pick up old projects like Silver Screen Express and Big Booty Bitches which my readers love. I can say that I do have a few stories I am excited to finish in 2019; one involving Britney Spears and the other involving Jessica Alba.

15. Any tips for readers that may want to start writing celebrity erotic fiction?

Don't wait around on someone else to write something that you've got in your head. If no one will take the idea you have, then you are better off to write it yourself and only you will do the best job of it since it was your idea to start with. Believe in yourself and surround yourself with people who inspire you and bring joy to you. Don't doubt yourself and if you think an idea sounds too crazy, try it anyway and see what happens. It never hurts to try.

16. Is There a story you would like to write, but don't feel you could give it justice? (submitted by Chlp)

There's been a few of these over the years in ideas I've had, but it usually comes down to me not being familiar with the specific celeb. I mentioned Private Dancer early and that was an idea I had going back to 2015 and I didn't think I could give Jennifer Love Hewitt justice. That changed after I had written her in a few stories and developed a good vibe with her.

17. Is there a celeb you never ever thought you'd get into, let alone write about? (submitted by MaxwellLord)

Great question! I try to avoid the Disney and Nickolodeon girls cause they're not my thing, but Bella Thorne started growing on me back in 2017 and I wrote her in a short series. There's a handful of celebs I'm not into at all that were written into the Silver Screen Express series as requests from readers. Another

18. Is there a celeb you're completely shocked you're not more into as she checks all your boxes but just doesn't work? (submitted by MaxwellLord)

There's quite a handful of these celebs for me. Christina Aguilera, Lindsay Lohan and Elizabeth Gilles are among the three that easily come to my mind. I've tried to write them in some form or another, but I can't really get a vibe with them. I often regret that with Christina and Lindsay cause they both fit right in with my favorites of the 2000s, but I just can't get a feel for them.

19. What is your top five girls and top five things you haven't written with them yet that you want to? (submitted by MaxwellLord)

My top 5 that I love to write are Britney Spears, Lucy Pinder, Kate Upton, Jennifer Lopez and Salma Hayek.

I have yet to do a gang bang with Britney and that is something I've wanted to do for years now. I did experiment with her in a bukkake scene back in 2016.

As for Lucy, I have done pretty much everything with her so far except for a threesome with Michelle Marsh. I've been thinking about that since I began writing Mr. Disco.

With Kate Upton, I want to write an interracial story with her some day.

Jennifer Lopez has yet to experience an MMF threesome in my stories and every time I think of doing this with her, the idea just won't fit in with the specific story.

Salma Hayek is another I've almost done everything with, except a real cougar story with a younger man. That's going to come eventually.
