Not normally a short hair kind of guy. Mrs 123z has hair all the way down her back which I love, but here are a few exceptions.

Katy Perry is a fav for me in any situation, her short hair phase wasn't her best but she still made it damn sexy, showing off a little more leg when she had her short hair

I remember that era. She was trying to copy Miley, who did a better job with it.
I personally think Brianna Hildebrand pulls it off well.
