I think it'd be hot to see a younger celebrity get punished and called a "bad girl". Angourie Rice would be perfect for here, especially given she's Australian and blonde.

For some reason Kim Kardashian comes to mind for this being the older celeb saying the girl is out of her league trying to steal Kim's thunder in some way and the age gap just makes her spank harder but that's me
