One-of-a-kind movie actress Shelley Duvall (Thieves Like Us, 3 Women, Popeye, The Shining, Annie Hall, Roxanne, as well as the television series Faerie Tale Theatre, which she also created and produced) has died at age 75.

James Earl Jones passing really hurts.

He had possibly the most iconic voice in all of American entertainment history. I last saw him a few months ago in the movie Gang Related.

He was the benchmark for any iconic villain voice that came after him he will always be remembered as Darth Vader to generations of sci fi fans among other roles going back to the 70's

My brother actually got to meet him years ago such a humble and kind man to everyone he met he will be missed

Where do you even begin with James Earl Jones?  Darth Vader, Mufasa, “Field of Dreams”, “The Sandlot”, narrating “The Raven” on “The Simpsons”, “This is CNN”, Michigan football hype videos.  They are all forever ingrained in my brain because of that deep, booming, powerful voice.
You light me up inside
Like the Fourth of July
Whenever you're around
I always seem to smile
And people ask me how
Well, you're the reason why
I'm (I'm) dancing in the mirror
And singing in the shower (Shower)

The wonderful Teri Garr, who I remember from all the way back when she was a supporting player on the original Sonny & Cher tv show, all the way through Young Frankenstein, Tootsie, Friends and so many others, is gone at age 79.
