Who ever booked this many rivalries to start the "MNF" season, thank you.  Derek Carr and the Raiders are facing Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in an AFC West rivalry.  Mahomes is 22-3 against the AFC West.  Updates to come.

This team is a trainwreck and I can't look away!  After arguing with his coaches on the sideline, the Panthers' Robbie Anderson was sent to the locker room by interim head coach Steve Wilks in a 24-10 loss to the Rams.

The scheduling gods have blessed us with another Monday night rivalry!  The Broncos are playing the Chargers on "Monday Night Football".  The Broncos' Russell Wilson is four passing touchdowns shy of 300.  The Chargers' Justin Herbert has seven touchdowns in two "Monday Night Football" games.  Updates to come.

UPDATE:  Who wants it more?  "Monday Night Football" is going to overtime as the Broncos and Chargers are tied at 16 at the end of regulation.

I hope they find a way to pull this off.  Colts owner and chief executive officer Jim Irsay said that "there is merit to removing" Daniel Snyder as Commanders owner.

This is the type of trade that teams take years to recover from.  According to Adam Schefter, the Panthers are trading running back Christian McCaffrey to the 49ers in exchange for draft picks.
