For me I'm as genuine as you can be a lot of that comes from my military training where you can't show emotion or at minimum you can't have a normal reaction when something goes sideways on you

I ran into a 2 star General who wanted to go on vacation somewhere fun like Vegas but he had to leave someone in charge before he went so I was elected and put in charge for 5 minutes to see how I would react I did my best for those 5 minutes but the butterflies in my stomach were trying to eat each other

Thankfully nothing blew up while I was in charge but it helped the chain of command to see I didn't crack no matter what my brain was thinking

Here's your question for the night: Got any plans for the weekend?
I'm gonna be writing!

For my free space item I've been going over some of my old stories and checking out some other authors work to compare writing styles and scene structure for what I'm working on now so I don't write something similar by mistake some of the more interesting stuff I've found has come from Cptnstrwrs and TheLW although I have been going back to some older stories by Calibur009  and Cade for a refresher course overall I'm making progress

I'm calling it, with a vote of 4-3...Natalie Alyn Lind advances past Sabrina Carpenter.

Here's your question for the night: What is the first song that you remember loving?
My mom used to listen to this best of the Mamas and the Papas tape on a regular basis, so I ended up loving California Dreaming thanks to that tape.

For me it was "Photograph" by Def Leppard with my brother being 6 years older than me he had access to the kind of music I would grow up on since we would hang out so much and I would hear all the best stuff I still find it comical to see a parental advisory sticker on some of the albums in vintage stores it was a different time then

Here's your question for the night: Favorite Simpsons Quote?
I'm going with "Get out here, son. There's a-doings a-transpiring" from Lemon of Troy just one that pops into my brain almost daily.

For me it has to be "I'm gonna make it I'm the king of the world."  where Homer jumps Springfield gorge right before things go horribly wrong for him from Bart the Daredevil

Here's your question for the night (From Cade, thanks!): What Game Over screen from an old game scared you as a child and has stuck with you?
For me, it's the game over from The Legend of Zelda 2.
That silhouette of Gannon and the laugh were the perfect combo to give me the heebie-jeebies.
an update on the challenge I gave this board: Still no questions, but it's fine, it's just 4 questions and we've got over a week left, so I'm sure we can reach that goal.
