No. 12 Clemson will play No. 5 Texas in Austin, Texas, with the winner playing No. 4 Arizona State.
No. 9 Tennessee will play No. 8 Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio, with the winner playing No. 1 Oregon.
No. 11 SMU will play No. 6 Penn State in State College, Pa., with the winner playing No. 3 Boise State.
No. 10 Indiana will play No. 7 Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., with the winner playing No. 2 Georgia.
