I wonder what his father would think of this.  The Grizzlies’ Scotty Pippen Jr. went after the Heat’s Myron Gardner after being knocked to the floor and fought into the stands in a 136-120 Heat win.

Oh, wake me up, say enough is enough
I'm dying to live, something's gotta give
Oh, pull me out of this sinking town
I'm dying to live, something's gotta give
I'm sinking, you're waiting
I'm thinking something's gotta give
Oh, pull me out of this sinking town
I'm dying to live, something's gotta give

Watch your head!  Timberwolves star Anthony Davis pulled off one of his signature nasty slams and celebrated in the defender’s face in a 115-107 win over the Raptors.

Some performances are too special to put into words.  The Heat’s Bam Adebayo scored 83 points, the second-most points in a game in NBA history behind Wilt Chamberlain’s 100 in 1962, in a 150-129 win over the Wizards.

This seems to be a season for rewriting the record books.  The Thunder’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander broke Wilt Chamberlain’s record with 127 consecutive games scoring at least 20 points.  Updates to come.

The Thunder beat the Celtics, 104-102.

Now they got bad blood.  A Thunder vs. Wizards brawl spilled into the stands, leading to multiple ejections.  Updates to come.

The Thunder beat the Wizards, 132-111.

Oooof!  The Thunder handed the Lakers’ LeBron James the second-largest loss of James’ career, 139-96, as the Lakers’ Luka Dončić went down with a hamstring injury.

This was the type of performance everyone expected when he was drafted.  The Mavericks’ Cooper Flagg made tons of NBA history in a 134-128 win over the Lakers, becoming the first rookie to score 40 points against LeBron James, recording the most 40-point games by a teenager and scoring 98 points in Flagg’s last two games.

This is how you know you are a dominant player.  Spurs forward Victor Wembanyama was named the first unanimous NBA Defensive Player of the Year award winner in league history.

This is the last thing NBA fans wanted this postseason.  Victor Wembanyama hit his face on the court in the first half of the Spurs’ 106-103 loss to the Trail Blazers and was later diagnosed with a concussion.
