So this is something I wanted to do since I decided to come here.  Basically, it's just going to be a daily recap of the day's top sports headlines so you know what's going on.  Let's start with yesterday's headlines.

  • Zack Greinke traded to Astros for 4 minor-leaguers
  • Red Sox and Yankees among quiet teams at deadline
  • Hendricks leads Cubs to shutout at Cardinals
  • deGrom fans 11 as Mets win 6 straight
  • Rays win at again at Fenway, improve to 7-1 at Red Sox
  • Saints WR Michael Thomas signs record extension

Thanks for making this topic. Held off so you could be the one to run this. Loved reading your sports updates on CSSA and it's an honor to have you here continuing the tradition.
