Here's your question for the night: What is something pop culture related that you feel like no one remembers but you?
In early 2001, MTV aired a made for TV film about Matthew Shepard.
In the run up to that film, MTV replaced their programming for hours (I believe it was supposed to be 12, but might have been longer), with the names of victims of hate crimes and how they died.
Alongside the name and story appearing on screen, a celebrity would do a voice over reading what was on the screen.
I've never seen anyone talk about this beyond a few news articles.
It was a pretty big thing for MTV to do.
Granted certain other things in 2001 overshadowed it, but still, there isn't even a clip of it on youtube, heck I'm not even sure if there's a video on youtube that even mentions it.

Here's your question for the night (From Empress Kat's Lover, thanks!): How do you greet someone you dislike / hate?
I just greet them as I would anyone else, although, usually I try to avoid interacting with them in the first place!

For my version I don't talk to said individual I'll interact with them if I must but for the most part they never say a word since they know I'd throw them under a bus given the chance
