Everyone’s favorite Christmas present is here.  The Cavaliers are playing the Knicks on NBA on Christmas Day.  The Spurs will play the Thunder today at 2:30 p.m.  There will be games all day.  Updates to come.

The Knicks beat the Cavaliers, 126-124.
The Spurs beat the Thunder, 117-102.
The Warriors beat the Mavericks, 126-116.

UPDATE:  Two legends are going at it again.  Kevin Durant and the Rockets are squaring off with LeBron James and the Lakers in a battle of all-time greats.

The Rockets beat the Lakers, 119-96.
The Nuggets beat the Timberwolves, 142-138, in overtime.

Wow, keep your hands to yourself.  The Suns’ Mark Williams and the Pelicans’ Jose Alvarado were both ejected after an altercation escalated to punches being thrown midcourt in the Suns’ 123-114 win.

I know they wanted to trade the guy, but my God, the return was not worth it!  According to Shams Charania, the Hawks are trading four-time NBA All-Star Trae Young to the Wizards for CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert.  This comes as the Wizards lost to the 76ers, 131-110.  Updates to come.

I was wrong, last year’s trade backfired terribly for Dallas.  According to Shams Charania, Mavericks forward Anthony Davis is going to undergo hand surgery and miss several months.  The Mavericks are also renewing trade talks with multiple teams.
